Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon on Friday killed 10 people, including six paramedics and a Syrian child, Lebanon's Health Ministry said, as near-daily fighting continued despite a fragile U.S.-brokered ceasefire with Hezbollah. An overnight strike on Hanouiyeh killed four paramedics from Hezbollah's Islamic Health Association. A separate Friday morning strike on Deir Qanoun al-Nahr in Tyre province killed six people, including two paramedics from the Al-Risala Scouts Association, affiliated with Hezbollah ally Amal, and a Syrian girl.

Al Jazeera put the Friday Tyre-district toll at least at 11, including a separate killing in Nabatieh. The Israeli military said it struck Hezbollah infrastructure and armed individuals on motorcycles; Lebanon's Health Ministry called the attacks violations of international law and said more than 120 medics have been killed since the March escalation. Video circulated of a second strike hitting responders treating casualties in Deir Qanoun al-Nahr.
